THERE HAS BEEN AN ALARMING # OF LARGE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS INTRODUCED
INTO OUR BEAUTIFUL TOWNSHIP RECENTLY.
WE MUST TAKE ACTION NOW TO PROTECT OUR TOWNSHIP FROM OVERDEVELOPMENT!
The Application appears to have been temporarily withdrawn following objections from Residents in the Township.
BUT….we are now expecting the Developer to come back with “Plan B”!
Our Mayor, Council and Zoning Board should not allow this kind of OVERDEVELOPMENT in our beautiful Township.
It is contrary to our Master Plan & Zoning Provisions…!

Residents have formed a Community Overdevelopment opposition group called S.T.O.P.
Some Residents will hire experts to bring an informed intervention
to the Mayor, Council and Zoning Board hearings.

This ENORMOUS development would bring increased traffic right next to the school and park where our children play and learn. It could also limit future possiblities for the school property and will destroy the natural beauty of our Memorial Field & surroundings.

In order to build this monstrosity,
the developer would remove nearly 200 beautiful mature trees between 75 and 100 years old. The loss of so many large trees and extensive terrain modification of the slope threaten to seriously impact water drainage & increase building height.

The proposed 44 Rental Units are less than just 26 feet from adjoining residents. That is less than half the distance from pitcher’s mound to home plate! TAXPAYERS will lose all their privacy with this dense project right beside their homes & yards.
Please Email the Mayor and each Member of the Town Council voicing your objections,
AND write as many letters as possible to the local papers.
